Broad River Animal Hospital Covid 19 Policy Updates

Out of the utmost concern for the health of our patients, clients, our staff and our community, Broad River Animal Hospital will continue to follow strict safety protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- Please call the front desk at 828-484-7771 when you arrive in our parking lot. We ask that you wait in your car until we come to you.
- Please wear a mask when interacting with our staff members and maintain 6 feet of distance when possible.
- We will escort your pet inside. The doctor will perform a physical exam and call you to discuss a care plan.
- If you or someone in your household is sick or in quarantine, please let a staff member know in advance, so we can make a plan to safely care for your pet.
What WE are doing:
- Exam rooms will be sanitized between patients.
- Common areas will be sanitized several times throughout the day.
- Sick Employees will NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE HOSPITAL.
- All staff members wear face covering and wash hands frequently.
If you need to pick up medications or other supplies, please call from your car and we will bring it out to you and collect payment from you at that time. You may also pay over the phone.
Our goal is to provide you and your pets with needed care while doing our best to protect the public health. Thank you for being part of the BRAH community!
